The lab, has established, implemented and maintained quality management system (QMS) appropriate to the scope of its activities and maintains accreditation with the accreditation body to demonstrate conformance to ISO/IEC 17025:2005. (CAB no.: 209031)

QMS documentation structure contains policies, quality manual, managerial and technical procedures, work instructions, forms & records and test report, standards of external origins, and all records required by the international/national standards ISO/IEC 17025:2005, internal regulation list, state laws, manuals, drawing, software, working instructions.

The documentation system is communicated to be understood by, available to and implemented by the appropriate personnel.

Quality policy and system

Quality in our services is a constant effort and focus. The laboratory conducts all measurements under conditions and by using techniques that are conducive to a high degree of reliability and follows generally recognized good laboratory practices. It is our policy to provide the highest quality services attainable to Internal /external customers on time, through compliance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and continuous improvement of the quality system. Policy is communicated to all of the laboratory staff and posted in key areas within the lab.

The basic elements of the quality system include the use of:

- Qualified personnel for each measurement.

- Supervision and review by management and senior personnel.

- Approved methodology including standard operating procedures good laboratory practices, and good testing practices.

- Environmental factors.
